We work on two levels: at the ecosystem level with others to tackle systemic barriers to charity and social enterprise growth and directly with the organisations that we fund to build their capacity and enable them to collaborate.
We believe in the power of education, entrepreneurship and employment to change lives. We amplify the social impact of our charity and social enterprise founders and partners through working with them to build their capacity and financial sustainability. And we work to strengthen the broader social ecosystem.
We do this because reducing the cost and increasing the benefit of failure for charities and social enterprises means more people will be positively impacted.
Ultimately, we want to leave the world in a better place than we found it.
